This morning we had Emma's check-up and everything went well. Of course I went prepared with a list of questions (little Miss has definitely been throwing us some curve balls recently and we've been at a loss on what to do).
So here are her 15 month stats:
weight 22lbs. (30%)
height 30 1/2 in. (50%)
The doctor was very pleased with how Emma is developing and although she wouldn't say any words while we were there, we were able to get her to point to her ears, belly button and toes when we asked.
I know I've talked with a few of you about my concerns regarding Emma's speech and I was fully prepared to ask the doctor for a speech therapy screening.....BUT....last night before bed, Emma decided to amaze me once again and say, "Night-night baby!" I haven't been able to get her to say it again but nonetheless she's said it once!!!
No set plans for this weekend, I'm just keeping my fingers crossed for a fever/doctor visit free one!

Wow - busting out with a sentence! Way to go Emma! Sounds like she's got it all there - just only when she chooses to use it. Don't you love it?!
