What a week!

Hands down, this has been a pretty tough week for Mommy and Daddy. We've battled with pulling up in our crib, not napping, early morning wake-ups, not eating and the list goes on. I'm not sure what crazy bug crawled up E's butt, but it seriously needs to leave!!!

Its getting harder and harder to take her weekly "growing" picture but I'm still determined to try and get at least one decent one each week. She's gotten pretty quick at going from sitting to crawling and of course that doesn't go well with being in a chair 2 feet off the ground :)

It seems in that past week that Emma has really taken off with her mobility. She's crawling pretty well; although on the tile and in long pants it seems like its easier to "seal" her way across the room. She's also learned to go from a prone position to sitting and now loves to climb all over everything and everyone. (Yesterday she crawled into the kitchen, pulled herself up on the bar stool rungs and tried pushing and walking at the same time.... yikes!)

Well, we've got an exciting weekend to look forward to. Aside from running errands and doing a little shopping, we are meeting with a wonderful photographer (Alisha Schwanke...she's the one responsible for the great photograph of Emma on the right-hand side of the blog) to have some more pictures taken. Hopefully Emma is in a good mood and the weather corporates!
