Happy Snow Day...

Well, we woke up this morning and we're so excited to see the first snow of the year! (Well, at least Mommy was. Emma looked like she could have cared less and Daddy just complained about how cold it was!) But of course we had to get a picture...keep in mind that its first thing in the morning so everyone is still in their jammies.

Tomorrow E is officially 9 months old. I say officially because she's been acting that age for what seems to be quite some time. She is still working on walking but can now definitely cruise around the coffee table. Aunt Laura was kind enough to let us have one of Naomi and Brooke's push toy but for now E just likes to stand and hold onto it, she's a little unsure of walking with it yet.

We don't have any official stats on weight and height (her 9mo. checkup is on Tuesday) but we can say unofficially that she's somewhere around 19 1/2 -20 lbs. and about 27 -27 1/2 inches long. Looks like she gonna be a shortie!!!

We're looking forward to the Thanksgiving holiday. Not much planned, just a "quiet" family dinner... although I am looking forward to letting E taste all that good food :)

Happy Thanksgiving!!!

  1. How exciting is snow!!! As long as you don't have to commute in it. Emma doesn't look too happy but then again, she doesn't know yet about sledding, snowman building and eating the fluffy white stuff with milk and sugar mixed in. Well, I did that as a kid but I don't know if you kids ever did it.
