She's keeping very busy these days, so busy that she barely has time to sleep during the day!! (Haha!) Seriously though she is quite the busy girl. She has definitely started cruising, is beginning to stand on her own momentarily and if she gets enough momentum can take a step towards you on her own before nose-diving to the ground :) This girl is just way ahead of herself these days.

I don't have many pictures to share since its hard to keep up with her but I do have one. One of Emma's favorite things to do these days is crawl to the windows and doors and look outside. I swear she's going to be a very outdoorsy girl. Unfortunately we haven't been having the best of weather so she's been stuck inside for the past couple of days and I think she's beginning to get a little cabin fever.

Some of you may not know this but we've been doing Baby Sign Language with Emma since she was about 4 1/2 months old (no she's not deaf, its just a way for her to communicate before she can talk to us.) Well, recently we purchased a few signing videos for her and believe it or not the little stinker is catching on. She now can sign; eat, milk and dog. I don't think she quite understands what she is saying but she's definitely perfecting the action of making the sign so hopefully she'll start pairing the sign with the action/word.
